Hemp Protein Pancake Recipe

If you like crispy, chunky pancakes, then these are for you. This recipe combines the benefits of hemp oil by combining hemp seeds and hemp seed oil. They taste great with jam, honey or if your looking to go super healthy, try birch syrup. Experience the power of hemp protein with this recipe.

INGREDIENTS



  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 2 tbsp hemp seed oil
  • 2 tbsp wholemeal wheat flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • add milk/almond milk until there is a slightly thick consistency. 
  • Bilberries (optional)
  • Sprinkle some Chaga for an Immunity boost ( optional )

PREPERATION

 

Begin by whisking the eggs and mixing all the other ingredients into a smooth batter. The batter should resemble a consistency like sour cream. Grab a pan and put some coconut oil, butter or hemp seed oil on it. Pour the batter on the pan and turn over the pancakes when little bubbles appear on the un-fried side. Put the hemp pancakes onto kitchen paper for a brief moment to absorb the excess fat. Serve hot!
