HOW DO I CREATE MY ACCOUNT ON BOOST AND CLEANSE AND START RECEIVING THE BEST OF ORGANIC NORDIC SUPERFOOD PRODUCTS?

To create an account please go to the top of the Boost and Cleanse homepage next to cart where you should see ‘Login’. Fill in the required information, your user name, email address, first and last name and next create your password. Finally, please select the ‘Create an account’ button located below the registration form. Now you can start ordering!

 

IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION SAFE?

Yes. 'Boost and Cleanse' have an extremely strict policy on this and respects your privacy, therefore, we will never distribute any of your personal information that is submitted on our site. Please read more about Privacy Policy on the bottom of our homepage under 'Company' on the 'Privacy Policy' tab

 

HOW DO I CHANGE MY PASSWORD?

Please go to ‘Account settings’ where you may change your password.

 

I FORGOT MY PASSWORD. HOW CAN I LOG IN?

Please go to your Boost and Cleanse login page and click on ‘Forgot password?”. We will send you a retrieval e-mail with instructions to follow.

 

CAN I CHANGE MY LOGIN E-MAIL ADDRESS?

Yes. Please go to ‘Account settings’ where you may change your e-mail address.

 

HOW DO I DELETE MY ACCOUNT?

We are sorry to see you go, each individual customer means the world to us- please let us know your reasons for leaving at support@boostandcleanse.com .

To delete your account please go to ‘Account setting’. On that page you will find ‘Deactivate account’ button.

 

HOW CAN I PAY FOR AN ORDER?

You can pay with your credit card or via PayPal.

 

WILL I RECEIVE MY CONFIRMATION E-MAIL?

Yes, always. As soon as you place any Boost and Cleanse superfoods order we send the confirmation e-mail. If you don’t receive it, please check your spam folder to make sure it didn’t get lost there.
