HOW DO I ENTER MY DISCOUNT CODE?

 

Please enter a discount code to the discount code box located just below the order details in the cart. Please make sure you enter a discount code before checking out.

 

I FORGOT TO USE MY DISCOUNT CODE WHEN ORDERING, CAN YOU REFUND ME THE DIFFERENCE?

Unfortunately we cannot as we are not able to apply a discount on an order confirmed and paid . The only solution is to cancel the order and place a new one with a discount available on the website. However, please note that according to our cancellation policy the order can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placing it. 

 

DO YOU OFFER BULK PURCHASE DISCOUNTS?

If you plan to purchase multiple of the same products at once, please contact us at support@boostandcleanse.com. We will be able to offer you a tailor made solution based on your needs.

 

CAN I CHANGE OR ADD ANOTHER ITEM TO MY ORDER?

Unfortunately we cannot as we are not able to amend the order once it is has been confirmed and paid. The only solution is to cancel the order and place a new one. However, please note that according to our cancellation policy the order can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placing it. If your order is placed within 24 hours we will do our best to add your product to shipment but we advise to contact our support team first at support@boostandcleanse.com.

 

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Please contact us at support@boostandcleanse.com and we will amend the shipping address on our end. If your order has already been sent and it is not to late, we may be able to contact the shipping company on your behalf to ask for a change.


DO YOU OFFER GIFT VOUCHERS?

Yes we do. Due to many requests from customer who weren’t sure what to get for that special someone we decided to make buying gift vouchers available on our website. This option can be found on the top of our homepage on the Gift Cards tab. 

 

ARE THERE ANY GIFT WRAPPING OPTIONS AVAILABLE?

Unfortunately not at this time, however as all our products are Organic, Nordic sourced the product packaging is to the highest standard and wouldn't require any further wrapping.

 

IS IT POSSIBLE TO CANCEL AN ORDER?

Yes, but only within 24h after placing an order. This is due to our quick, efficient in-house logistics process.

 

MY BOOST AND CLEANSE ORDER IS CANCELLED, WHEN SHOULD I SEE THE REFUND RECEIVED?

Once cancelled we will aim to refund you within 21 days of cancellation. However in most cases in a much shorter timeframe. If you experience any problems please email us at support@boostandcleanse.com

 

IS THERE A CHANCE OF CUSTOM FEES TO MY ORDER?

Highly unlikely in Europe. However for customers outside Europe there can be a small possibility this may occur depending on the destination. The amount depends on a specific countries regulations. 
Any costs related to customs duties shall be paid by the buyer.
