Shipping FAQ'S

WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

 

We ship worldwide! We have worked really hard with our couriers to be able to provide this service, so that everyone can access pure, organic products like ours regardless of where they are in the world. 

All orders are dispatched within 48 hours once the order has been confirmed. International orders may be handed over to a local courier company once they've arrived in the delivery country. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays.

 

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

We provide shipping worldwide for a flat fee of €7.95 regardless of package size or weight. Worldwide orders over €69 will include free shipping automatically at checkout. We have worked really hard with our couriers to be able to provide this service, so that everyone can access pure, organic products like ours regardless of where they are in the world. 

 

MY COUNTRY IS NOT LISTED, WHAT CAN I DO?

If for some reason your country is not listed with us email support@boostandcleanse.com and we will do our best to find an alternative shipping method to reach you. We will make sure our organic superfoods reach your home or office! 

 

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY BOOST AND CLEANSE ORDER?

We are currently working on a shipping courier with a tracking system. Stay tuned.

 

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS MISSING SOMETHING, OR MY PRODUCTS HAVE SOME DEFECTS OR IS DAMAGED?

It is always important to check the content of a parcel/package in the presence of a courier. If you accept your Boost and Cleanse product and open it to realise the product has some defects please contact your courier to explain this and contact our support team with clear details and photos if necessary. Our Support team email is support@boostandcleanse.com.

 

WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED TIME OF DELIVERY?

Expected delivery time is 7-10 business days, depending on the shipping destination.

 

IS IT POSSIBLE TO DELIVER TO PO BOX, APO, FPO, DPO ADDRESSES?

Unfortunately, due to the shipping companies' restrictions on delivery to the above addresses, we might not able to send your order. We suggest using a regular address when placing a Boost and Cleanse supplements order. However, if you have already placed one please contact our support team support@boostandcleanse.com so that we can check if the shipping company is able to deliver your package.

 

IS IT POSSIBLE TO REQUEST MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED WITHOUT A SIGNATURE?

Should you wish your Boost and Cleanse superfoods order to be delivered without a required signature please contact our support team support@boostandcleanse.com with your request and we will pass it to the shipping company.
